Priced at $45 million, this massive New Jersey mansion — located at 84 Glen Alpin Road in Morristown — is the second-priciest listing in the state.

(Asking $48.88 million, 18 Frick Dr., a similarly large, 30,000-square-foot home in Alpine, near the Hudson River, is the Garden State’s most expensive pad. It has lingered on the market for years.)
